An Order You can place an order using the secure on
line service shopping cart. We accept credit and debit cards, PayPal
and
cheques. Send an email for a quote, or place an order by telephone.
Custom orders always welcome.
Please note that our products are not toys and are not suitable for children under 14. Mats contain paint, resin, scatter materials such as flocks that some people may be allergic to. Items are made to order - most
items are not stock so this means that
there is a lead-time. When you place an order you are commissioning
work to be done. This means you have to wait. This may increase at peak
times such as Christmas.
After placing an order what happens? You will receive an email when
the order/s goes into production this will happen about a week before
order is dispatched, for a large order this may be 2 weeks. A second
email is then sent when item is dispatched. (See note on UK carrier
service).
Shipping

You can select one of two options when ordering. Option 1: GPO Royal mail parcel service 2-3 days most areas of the UK. FREE OVER £250.00 Option 2: Courier service. Recomended for large orders as this service can work out cheaper and all mats are sent in tubes. However if you are not at home and the driver is unable to deliver you will be charged a further £12.00. We do not wish to be charged and we do not want you to be charged, to avoid this we can: 1. Give the driver your daytime telephone number 2. Deliver to a work address 3. Give a note to the driver to leave goods in a shed or with a neighbour. FREE OVER £170.00 Shipping - Internationally Service is royal mail airsure service and international air parcel service. These items are tracked and insured against loss or damage. Items are shipped in a box as a 90cm size limit applies to standard parcels. To send a mat in a tube up to 1.5m is typically £50.00 and is not necessary in our view as the mat will flatten out and a tube for storage can be obtained much cheaper locally. We can arrange for a next day delivery service - Saturday morning delivery, international 48-hour service but you will need to arrange this with us beforehand and you may be charged a premium. Order collection UK You can avoid postal charges if you collect direct from the workshop in Suffolk, UK. Returns Policy We hope you will be happy with your purchase. However if you are not, please be aware that you have the right to cancel the contract between us. To cancel you will need to send us a cancellation notice, preferably in the form of a letter or email. On receipt of the returned goods, and within 30 days of you giving your notice of cancellation, we will reimburse without charge, any sum that you have paid for the goods (excluding shipping and handling).Your statutory rights are not affected. Cookies are used on this shopping site to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item, to store delivery addresses if the address book is used and to store your details if you select the 'Remember Me' Option. |
